Grayson Nichols, LCSW, CPCC

Grayson is a personal coach who focuses her practice on children and adults living with ADHD, parents of children with ADHD, and small business owners.  She has experience working with children in many different capacities, from tutor to coach to playmate.  These children are diverse in age and challenges, ranging from ADHD and learning disabilities to oppositional behaviors to issues with self-esteem.  Grayson’s ability to break projects into smaller, achievable parts gives children confidence to tackle daunting tasks.  Her high energy level and passion for new experiences leads to a dynamic interchange between child and coach.

She also finds enjoyment in her work with parents.  Whether their children have ADHD, are cruising through a difficult stage or the parent just needs some time to figure out their own path in life, Grayson helps to bring clarity to a state of overwhelm and simplicity to complicated situations.  As a licensed social worker, Grayson has training in child development, family dynamics, and personal fulfillment as well as clinical disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and childhood disorders.

Grayson connects best with small business owners who are searching for clarity, focus and direction in their life and work.  Her clients often begin their coaching in a state of overwhelm and confusion, yet sincerely seek balance, ease and simplicity.  Whether the topic of discussion is life balance or career-focused goals, Grayson’s ability to listen and restate the client’s story helps establish new perspectives and inspire fresh ideas that are energizing and exciting.  This energy motivates her clients to push outside their comfort zone, overcome challenges and reach higher levels of success.  The newfound skills and behaviors acquired through the coaching process give Grayson’s clients confidence and an assurance that positions them to problem solve and maintain changes that create a lasing impact.

Grayson earned her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters in Social Work from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.  She is an LCSW, licensed clinical social worker, in the state of North Carolina.  She graduated from the Coaches Training Institute of San Rafael, California where she also obtained her credentialing as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

She has worked as an academic tutor in subjects such as Spanish, Math, and writing as well as cared for children with developmental disabilities.  When she is out of the office, she is busy running after her two daughters, Emory and Stewart. She and Chris, her husband, love exploring all Raleigh has to offer as well as getting down EAST to the beach as frequently as possible.

Kiersten Sledge, MS, NCC, LCMHCA

Today’s world can be challenging to navigate for anyone, but even more difficulties can arise when you or someone you love is neurodivergent and just does not "fit the mold.” This can create major barriers to success- school frustrations, relationship struggles and more.

Coaching employs my expertise in teaching you unique skills and expertise to help support those that need extra assistance. Whether that is parent coaching to help assist your younger child, preteen and teen coaching to help build strong habits to support their future and navigate social situations, or coaching young adults to support their organizational skills, academic support and/or social skills. As a NCDPI licensed school counselor for K-12 and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, (as well as a previous director in the corporate world with many young adults entering the workforce on my teams) I am no stranger to navigating these challenges at all ages and stages. I am familiar with IEPs, 504s and creating appropriate accommodations and even can provide advocacy support in these educational settings.

The biggest thing we can create is a collaborative coaching environment where the clients have the ability to grow, become autonomous and create skills and tools that serve them in their personal journey. I'm here to help make that happen and he'll guide you through your personal and unique path.

Sydney Beasley

Sydney graduated from Meredith College with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology while attaining her K-5 Teaching Licensure. Since then, Sydney has been teaching, tutoring and coaching nonstop. She has been practicing academic coaching for 5 years. She taught at The Trilogy School in Raleigh for 3 years.

She has worked with numerous children and families who have faced anxiety, learning disabilities, ADHD and Autism. Sydney found her passion for academic coaching through teaching small groups at the Trilogy School. She found that therapy and coaching was what she was really interested in. Sydney thrives when she sees her client's faces light up because they finally have a grip on their schoolwork and can take those skills to the years after.

Sydney's approach to academic coaching is to meet the student where they are and to get started in the most efficient manner. She helps both the student and the parent navigate the complications that come with school: finding strengths and weaknesses, prioritizing all of the school work and homework assignments, and making sure that the student stays accountable for themself.

Sydney enjoys gardening, crafting and spending time with her husband and golden retriever puppy on the weekends!
